Description / Condition
Both 48mo (9.5 x 6 cm). pp.396; pp. [iv]+347+[ii]. Embroidered cream silk
dos-à-dos binding, with raised design on both covers of a tulip, leaf and
stem decoration with gold thread with further gilt thread floral decoration
to spines, all edges gilt, cream silk endpapers. Slight spotting to front of
hymns, very trivial soiling to corners, one or two loose threads, A very
nice example.

*Both works undated, but extrapolating from the dates given in the Table of
Moveable Feasts in the Prayer book, it would appear to be published in 1879,
and presumably bound at about the same time.*
