An extremely rare map of Germany

BRUNN, Isaac.

Nova Germaniae Descriptio., 1639 1693

A rare map of Germany, decorated with nine city prospects and two large panels of armorial of German cities. It was engraved by Isaac Brunn (1596 - post 1657).
First published in 1633, this second and final state has a dedication to Melchior de Insula instead of a prospect of Cologne.
