Large panoramic view of the city of London across the Thames from St. Clements Church to the Tower. Extensive explanations below (1-65). Together with: Large panoramic view of Westminster across the Thames from Peterborough House to St. Clements Danes. Extensive explanations below (A-Z and a-l). Also printed on two sheets and joined. Title banners in the sky with coats of arms and putti. 48 x 117 cm and 48 x 113 cm respectively (here scanned in four sections). Strong early impressions. Both prospects (City of London, and Westminster) were published separately, each on two sheets and joined; however, they are drawn so that they could be joined together to provide a single panoramic view of approx. 230 cm length.
